I was welcomed into the store. I was given advice and information, but at no time did I feel pressured. There was a really lovely atmosphere in the shop - it was clear that all staff worked as a team - they also appeared to be happy in their work. I can honestly say it was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a very long time.

We found the whole experience extremely easy of which was only made possible by our assistant Kerry from your Braintree branch. Her knowledge was of the highest of standards, she was friendly and answered all our questions promptly and in depth. She didnt once sway or push us in anyways allowing us to choose the mattress which best suited us. She went beyond our expectations! Thank you Kerry

We went to the Braintree freeport Branch (Dreams) and Kerry was your colleague that served us. She was very polite, bubbly, happy, very professional and experienced and assisted to our every need and answered (very clearly) the questions we asked. We purchased to single beds and mattresses and headboards for our 2 children's. The experience at shopping at Dreams was a very positive one. We will be back to purchase our bed in the future. Thank you very much to Kerry for making our experience a fabulous one.

The shop assistant took his time to ensure we were choosing the correct matress for us with no pressure or feeling rushed. We had our baby with us and all the staff were very friendly and spoke to her as we were deciding. The pillow sheets were great and made is feel relaxed that covid precautions were being made.

Very good service all round

The store followed all the correct COVID procedures which made me feel safe in the store. Staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and productive. I was very pleased with the show room range of products and the delivery time for our order.
