I was greeted by Kerry who gave her personal attention to my needs and stopped me making an expensive mistake in the mattress I chose. She was polite, friendly, informative and supportive.

Anne, the sales assistant was excellent, highly knowledgeable and very helpful offering very good advice throughout.

James at the Braintree store assisted my husband & myself with choosing a full headboard. We couldn't find the colour we wanted. James was very patient with us as we took a very long-time trying to find one to suit us. He showed us on the website + around the store. His knowledge of Dreams was of a high standard. We have shopped at Dreams before & will definitely be returning to buy other pieces of furniture. A lovely touch at the end of our visit being offered a bottle of water each on our way out.
