Waited a long time to find out delivery date of bed as the lady could not tel us delivery date, not her fault. She rang about 6 different people to find out it was out of stock and unfortunately have to wait longer than expected to receive the bed. Staff helpful. Paid a lot of money for an item that is not in stock

We found that the analysis software on the Xbox detracted from the knowledge of the specialist which in turn felt like the specialist was really just there to process us as quickly as possible and make the sale. The process felt a little uncomfortable and the analysis software felt gimmicky knowing it was powered by Xbox kinect.

How can I be HIGHLY SATISFIED when I only ordered my mattress and bedrame yesterday? It wont arrive for another month. I will only be satisfied once the product has arrived on time and intact, and again only if it meets my sleeping requirements (only then can I see if the recommendation from you salesperson and the sleep machine are any good). Really stupid time to send out a survey guys.

The bed machine broke during the visit but the staff were quite helpful in letting me try out loads of different mattresses and let me take my time in deciding which one to get

Placing the order has taken a lot longer than anticipated even though it was all done electronically with your representative in store. There were some cleaning clothes behind the desks which didn't look the best. The variety of stock was very much the same it could use with an uplift or some different items to be displayed.

The service I received met expectations and provided a satisfactory experience to determine the correct mattress for my needs. The mattress purchased is a replacement for one purchased from Dreams about 9 years ago and I was happy to return to Dreams when it was time to update.

The experience was satisfactory however we actually spent almost as long at the desk just filling in the paperwork etc as we did choosing our bed and mattress. This part of the process was incredibly slow and tainted our experience slightly

Only disappointment was the price if the disposal service and that there were no offers available for the Tempur mattress we purchased. Happy with the service we received in store though.
