Very happy with staff, they where very helpful, convinced me to try out different mattresses to find the perfect one.

The assistant was very helpful from start to finish, I can't praise her enough, I will definitely be recommending dreams.

I bought the regency bed which i am highly satisfied with now that it has come. The only down side to this was the fact that it is not on display in any of your stores near to where I live, to be able to see it before I purchased it would of been nice so it was a good job I was highly satisfied with it when it came. Apart from that I found your staff extremely helpful and polite. My daughter also purchase a bed and mattress from yourselves recently and she was highly satisfied with them too. So well done, I would definitely purchase from your store again.

We were asked immediately if we needed any help, but when we asked to look around, were not hounded. When we needed help, advice and help was useful and knowledgeable. The order was taken quickly and efficiently. Alison was smiley and friendly.

Amanda the sales assistant was extremely helpful and attentive with our whole experience.

I went to look at getting a new bed and found one so I brought it. if I was nt satisfied I would not have.

Purely down to (1) receiving a “back in stock” email but when visited store it was still 7+ weeks for delivery which means it isn’t in stock (2) couldn’t find mattress details for a while My wife was happy to walk and visit a competitor but worked with you to place order. Just don’t let me down!

I was satisfied with the overall experience of service that was provided but a whole month for delivery is long wait.

I was a little disappointed with the products I had selected online prior to my visit in terms of comfort and suitability and ended up spending more than I had planned on other items.

i felt the price of the product i bought was very expensive for a "mattress"
