The sales person was very knowledgeably and confident in explaining about the different products in the store and listened to my personal needs. All in all I was very happy and would not hesitate in recommending the sales person (Alison) to my friends and family members. I was also very impressed with the prompt delivery of the bed and I am delighted with the product. Many thanks for very great service. This is my 2nd bed purchased from Dreams, the last was about four years ago. I'm confident that if I had the need to buy another bed it would be from Dreams without a doubt.

From walking in to the Braintree Store we were greeted by Amanda who gave us her full attention, found our needs and proceeded to pass on her knowledge of product information to satisfy our needs. Amanda did this with patience and professionalism. 9 times out of 10 We don't make a purchase from a store because of hard sell salespeople that drive you away & lose themselves a good sale, not on this occasion. So yes Highly Satisfied.

Kerry took the time to talk through all the mattresses on offer, found a pillow similar to the ones we have at home and spent time with us as we tried them out and made suggestions based on our reactions. She also engaged with our young son and made sure he was entertained while we did some boring shopping!

The assistant Based at Dreams in Braintree who I know now is the manager was very informative over the phone and in person when I atttended the store later that day after dealing with her I asked her what position she held that's when I knew she was the manager.Kerry made me very welcome and could answer all the questions I put to here with regards to the product I was contemplating purchasing.As it was Easter the store had laid on hot cross buns etc and made you a cup of tea while you were looking at the products they had to offer and answering any questions you may of had.All the staff were friendly but we're not pushy my one pet hate .Kerry left me to try the bed for a while and showed me the different choices available and then we spoke about everything from availability to finance .Kerry was helpful in all aspects.

The assistant made us tea and biscuits and was extremely helpful when purchasing our mattress.

Alison was lovely and really friend. She couldn't have helped me and further if she had tried and her knowledge was fantastic. I did not feel pushed into anything nor rushed. She was more than happy to show me a range of product and understood that I was on a budget
