We were assisted by a very helpful lady who had good knowledge of the product and showed us every aspect of the adjustable bed - letting me try it to understand how it worked. As this purchase was for my 95 year old mother it was very important that we got the correct bed to aid her mobility and comfort. Once we had chosen the bed our assistant (Amanda - Braintree) saw the transaction through to finality (including a lovely cup of coffee) and made the experience as painless and straightforward as is possible.

Staff took note of our needs and led us to the available options offering the opportunity to try the product. Only took about 30 minutes from entering the store to choose what we needed and place the order.

This is my third visit to the Dreams store in Braintree. The customer service from this store is second to none, in particular, Alison, who went out of her way to locate a piece of furniture for me even though it had been discountinued. She found the item and had it delivered to the store for pick up. I will be going back once work on my main bedroom is completed.

We were greeted as soon as we arrived. Explained our requirements and recommendation was made. Very simple and easy.
