Dreams - Braintree

The best thing about the store was the staff in particular Alison. She was attentive but not over the top. She explained the beds, supplied us with pillows and told us to try as many as we liked. She took us through the different types of firmness and explained the benefits of all of the beds and what they were made of and what they do for example the temperature regulation etc... She supplied us with some Tempur Cloud Pillows which were so amazing we bought 2 of them.. not something I would usually spend so much money on but after trying we could not resist. Overall a great experience both with Alice and her colleague. Very friendly and a credit to your company. The store was very well kept and clean. Hopefully our delivery will be as smooth and I look forward to the delivery or our new mattress. Thumbs UP to Dreams - My first ever visit.

We were confused by the number of mattresses available but these were shown and explained fully and we did not feel rushed into a decision.

We walked in, Patrick are to make himself known to us but was not pushy. We explained to him that we were moving and have to buy all new furniture as we were down sizing. We told him we needed storage space but we don't have too much room. He explained to us about the ottoman bed and gave us a demo then got us to try ourselves. It was really easy. I explained about getting too hot in bed and he went through all about the gel mattress and the temperature reg. We tried the mattress out. Patrick brought us a tempur a pillow to try while we were lying on the bed. It was fab. I bought one of those as well. He asked us to have some refreshments while we thought about it. He is a wonderful salesman and a credit to your firm in Braintree. We were more than satisfied with everything and it was lovely not to have someone who is pushy. Thank you

I was greeted with a warm welcome when I entered the store in Braintree by Alison and asked if I'd like a tea or coffee. I explained that I was in need of a new mattress and that I had had a Silentnight Ortho anti roll in the past. Alison asked if I wanted Silentnight again. I tried 2 Silentnight & a Dreams mattress with a memory foam pillow, to which I brought 2 pillows too.

Amanda, at Freeport Essex was extremely helpful. We purchased and paid a deposit for 3 beds (1 x superking, 2 x king), based on the fact that we are in the middle of a house purchase and as we have not as yet had exchange of contracts, Amanda telephoned Head Office and asked if it would be possible to have our deposit refunded if the house purchase were to fall through. She obtained verification of this (as long as we can provide proof of any problem with the house purchase)- and so we felt comfortable going ahead with paying the deposit. As this purchase is in total over £7K I felt Amanda did all she could to ensure we were happy with the transaction. We have bought several beds from Dreams over the past few years and have usually had good service.

found what we needed on the net which made it really easy once in the store. we did have to wait a while but that was only due to the fact that their were other customers before us. have shopped with you before that is the reason we returned.

Friendly helpful assistant. Knowledge of product was excellent. Process of the order very smooth. All in all a pleasurable shopping experience.

Upon entering the shop, we were left to our own devices to walk around and view at our own leisure with no pressure from the store staff. When we were asked if we needed any help and agreed to it, Amanda was very helpful when we had explained our requirements and showed us round in a professional and efficient manner. She seemed to have an excellent knowledge of the available products and gave us plenty of information to assist us in making our choice.
