Kerry, the Lady who served us was extremely helpful, and sympathetic when told of my bereavement and went out of her way to ensure my urgent requirement for a single bed was met. It was delightful to meet such caring staff who gave me all the time I needed in an age when shop assistants couldn't care less . Thank You so much Kerry

We weren't aiming to buy straight away but the customer service we received helped us decide very quickly on what we were after. The lady that served us (Alison) was very helpful and she explained the differences between the varying types of mattress and advised which would best suit our needs. She gave us time to think about which one to choose over a coffee she kindly made us. The main thing I love about Dreams is that you don't feel any pressure and you don't feel like they are just trying to sell you the most expensive thing, but are in fact trying to sell you what it best for your needs.

My daughters needs and choices were met.The choices and availability of bedding at a reasonable price. My daughter was delighted to try different mattresses to find the comfortablist one for her needs. Thankyou to Braintree dreams store.

We always pop into our local store when we need to renew beds/pillows etc. Always helpful staff, but we do insist on waiting for a particular staff member as we always get satisfaction for our requirements of our visit. Amanda Bulimore.

Warm friendly staff. Polite,made you feel welcome and gave you time and attention. Was not pushed into a purchase and was able to enjoy a cup of tea that was offered. I would defenately go there again and recommend dreams to a friend and family. Overall a verry happy shopping experience. Couldn't fault our experience.

I had a couple of questions that were answered easily and my queries were dealt with easily too. Options were also offered which helped immensely. Most of all the staff asked if we were ok and when we said yes they left us alone until we asked for help. This we liked.

Staff made us feel welcome and had time to answer all our questions plus we were not pressured into buying anything like you are at some stores

We want looking for a mattress, we tried the tempur experience, we were not looking to buy a tempur mattress, the assistant used a tempur pillow on the demonstration, and I ended up buying one.

Lady was very helpful and I found the bed that I wanted.
