Was asked soon after I entered the store if I needed any help. Alison was very helpful in helping me choose the right mattress, suggesting different ones to try out and explained the difference between them. She also helped me choose some lining.

Alison was proffesional and had a very good knoledge on the stock.

Great service, friendly assistant, excellent product knowledge, huge selection of beds, got to try a few for comfort, was very well looked after, value for money, quality products.

Straight into the store we knew what we wanted and were able to quickly and easily order the bed.

The lady who served us was fantastic. My mother in law is quite nervous and unused to doing things for herself since losing her husband but was put entirely at ease by your staff . Sound and realistic advise to fit her needs and budget plus a nice cuppa and appropriate small talk. You should be very proud - Freeport store (lady had a limp as she'd injured herself horse riding)
