Dreams - Braintree

Walked in not really knowing where to even begin. Caroline came over and was very reassuring, friendly and helpful. She was able to direct us to certain mattresses to try and together we found the perfect one for us. All in all an enjoyable experience.

Ann at Braintree was extremely helpful speaking with our son who the mattress and pillows etc was for. He also went on the dreams sleeping posture machine which was brilliant and really helped us direct our choices, therefore making the whole process quicker and easier all with scientific backing!

Our server Ann was extremely helpful and friendly. I'm the most indecisive person and she made choosing a new mattress very simple and completely removed the stress from the decision making.

Ann was a delightful young lady who help us choose are mattress . We were treated like VIP’s nothing was to much trouble. Ann made are visit to your store a very enjoyable one . She was such a cheerful kind young lady . I was very worried about choosing a mattress and had put it off due to cost and no knowledge of getting the mattress that would help my back problems. From the minute we entered the shop and Ann took us around I relaxed as I felt in the hands of someone who cared and wanted to help find the mattress for me . Your store was set out very nicely it was clean bright . Easy parking and having also bought 2 toppers Ann even helped to carry them to the car . My experience could not of been better . Thank you .

An assistant was with us very soon after we entered the store. We told him we were looking for a new mattress but had no idea what we needed. He directed us to the "assessment mattress" which identified our needs and came up with 8 options for us. We tried them all, some of them twice and was able to select from the recommendations. The assistant was very patient, he didn't try to "hard sell" or change our minds from our selection. altogether a pleasant and satisfactory experience. Would thoroughly recommend. Hazel Fox
