I had been let down by a different supplier and needed a bed quickly. The assistant went out of her way to ensure I not only got a bed quickly but one that suited my needs. I wasn't feeling very well on the day and she was very kind and caring

My previous experience at DREAMS had been poor so I was somewhat reluctant to visit again but from the moment we walked into the store things were remarkably different. We were greeted warmly, allowed to browse for some time before Amanda checked to see if we needed anything. Her explanation were concise and informative and we did not feel as though we were being pushed into sale. We found and tried the product we liked and were encouraged to take our time testing it and when we asked for the 'best price' we genuinely felt she did her best. I await delivery to see if the great service continues! Thank you Amanda - great job!

My only complaint is that upon checking with Dreams online, I discovered that by buying the same mattress online I would have free delivery. As I purchased my mattress instore, I had to pay £39.00 . I will tell friends and family to order on line instead of visiting your store. I would like to write a letter of complaint about this, please can you advise me where to send the complaint. Thank-you.

Our house had been struck by lightening and on our return home found we were uninsured. We had visited the store last year to look but as we were in temporary accommodation not in any position to buy. We returned on the 14th June to find staff more than helpful and understanding. We had personal help from Ross, a new member of your team who assisted with everything, the base, the mattress and headboard. Due to his age Ross handed us over to another member of staff to assist us with credit to finalise the sale. Ross made us feel most confortable and his knowledge was enough to secure the sale having answered all of our questions in depth. Ross is a real credit to your staff and we hope he continues his career with Dreams.

The store assistant Alison was very good at helping us understand the huge variety of beds. She clearly knew each product well and was very patient with us when we were looking at the various options. Alison went through the options and prices with us and at not point did we feel pressurised to buy, in fact we went away for a coffee to think about it and came back later in the day. Alison was very helpful throughout our experience and made it very easy for us.
