Amanda was knowledgeable pleasant easy to talk to,| didnot feel rushed , she took time to make sure | was completely satisfied with the bed | bought as | have a bad back. | have bought beds before from this branch and been satisfied that is why | went back again. |cant praise the staff enough.|t was apleasant experience. | wiil certainly recommend dreams to other people in the future.Long may we have a dreams branch in braintree.thank you.

The assistant I had was more than helpful , had a good knowledge of all products I wanted to purchase, suggested ideas I hadn't thought of , and was very committed to my needs and comfort of the mattress. :-)

Our customer assistants name was Alison. As someone who works in customer service myself I was very impressed. She had great knowledge of the product that we were after. she offered alternatives explaining the advantage of each, she went out of her way to put together different mattresses, headboards bed bases etc and all the time she had a lovely genuine smile on her face. She made us feel very welcome and in fact important. She made us feel that our welfare and satisfaction with the product she was selling mattered. I do not normally write feedbacks or do surveys, but I feel very strongly that her employers should know that in Alison,they have got a gem on their hands.

My wife and i were highly satisfied with the friendly and knowledgeable service that we received whilst in your Braintree store. The sales assistant (Amanda) could not be faulted from the time she welcomed us into the store until the time we left. she welcomed us and asked if we needed any help and offered us a drink and proceeded to show us various beds after asking us what we were looking for, i was extremely impressed with her friendliness, professional approach and product knowledge and indeed thought about everything regarding what we might need, which of course turned into maximisation of sales. It is not often in this day and age that you can say that you have received excellent customer service, but we were both delighted with our visit to your store and it is nice to be treated like a valued customer and to have been treated as though you were a fellow human being.

Ross initially greeted us. Very friendly and gave useful information about colour coding of mattresses. He left us alone to look around. Amanda then started to help and ended up taking our order. She was knowledgable, very friendly and not at all pushy. We spent over 2 hours in the store but did end up placing an order of over £3500. Quite a lot considering we had only gone in to browse! All the other staff were friendly, too, offering us cold drinks, as it was a stiflingly hot, hot afternoon. Ross will make a good salesman, given time. He has the right attitude and is pleasant. Hang onto him. Amanda was also very professional, but at the right level. A couple of good staff. This was at Dreams store at Freeport, Braintree. Essex.

We explained the current problem with our bed and the assistant understood immediately and showed us the perfect bed. She advised us to try other beds but we kept going back to the first bed she showed us. It was fast and efficient service, just what we wanted.

The staff was very friendly courteous. Gave very satisfactory answers to all my questions. We were also provided us with refreshments. Were encouraged to try out the beds. Our order was processed quickly and efficiently.

Sales colleague polite and knowledgable. Interested in my needs, encouraged my child to colour picture in store. Quality of mattess sold very good.

We had every assistance we needed and we were able to spend time looking without being harassed to buy certain items that we did not want.
