The advisor was very helpful, I was not rushed at any point, and all the options were clearly explained. I had specific needs and these were catered for without any problems, advice was sound and included information about the 40 day trial period.

The assistants were quick to come to help us and stayed as long as we needed them. We were encouraged to try the beds as much as we wanted. we left to think over the purchase and decided to go ahead and on our return we were remembered and given all necessary help. The staff were friendly too.

Found Dreams by accident whilst shopping at Braintree. We had looked at competitors but found product at Dreams just quality we wanted and at price we were prepared to pay. Customer service excellent. Helped when we wanted but did not crowd us. Offered drinks. Friendly and helpful,staff. All in all a pleasent experience.

The assistant who helped me, named Alison, was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The store was very clean and well laid out and Alison showed us additional products on a screen.

The staff were incredibly helpful and tended to our every need including our children whilst we were trying to discuss our requirements all the products were all made to very high standard and would always recommend dreams to everyone that was in market for any of their bedroom needs

Friendly helpful staff made buying this bed very easy and enjoyable.
