Alison was fabulous. Very good customer service, good paste and tone when talking to me, gave me time to pick the product and spoke through everything with me. Absolute credit to the Braintree store.

Great product knowledge

Good choice of products, good number of staff to people in the store. The free refreshments, personal time and experience of the college and encouragement to try all products until the right one is found, regardless of the time taken. Also good explanation onto all makes and brands of products, not being rushed into making a decision.

The member of staff was very attentive and knowledgeable. She assisted with our purchase and explained other options on mattresses.

The staff member, Alison, who assisted my wife and I to locate, view and also try out the orthopaedic range of mattresses available in the store was extremely friendly and helpful. We have previously been customers of Dreams and been very pleased with service and advice provided on those occasions as well. As purchasing a mattress can be a big investment, and the decision can be a daunting one, I needed to be sure I was buying the right one. I have visited other competitors, but I had been recommended to Dreams, from one of my clients. The idea of the sleep guarantee, appealed to me immensely. Then, when I visited your store at Freeport, the expertise, and friendliness of the member of staff, I was convinced I would be buying from Dreams.

A young man called Ross assisted me in choosing a bed. He was very patient, attentive and his product knowledge was excellent. He even carried a pillow around for me to try many beds! The manageress Kerry was equally wonderful. The only bad experience I had was Barclays credit system.

As I was able to find what I wanted with the help of Alison from Dreams at Braintree with ease. My only complaint was that when I choose the bed it was priced at £240 and 3 weeks later when I actually wanted to purchase it had gone up to £300, just a shame I wasn't told that at the time.
