Got exactly what I came for from helpful assistant

i was buying a double bed for my autistic son and had limited time to speak to the assistant and explain my situation. She immediately (without expressing any concern) took on board exactly what i wanted to purchase and directed me to a choice that my son could then make. we went through some basic details and she was precise and informative without keeping me longer than necessary - she did however sell me some pillows at half price which was extremely helpful. i've bought a bed from dreams before for myself and whilst i could have bought a bed cheaper elsewhere i was assured that the bed would be delivered and assembled whilst i kept my over helpful son out of the way ! i think my main satisfaction was how she handled the whole autistic situation - she was very understanding of the limitations i had with regard to time and respecting that i knew exactly what i wanted, thank you.

Hadnt brought a mattress for ages there were so many to look at felt a bit overwelming but the staff were helpful and asked sleeping positions, any back problems etc which then helped narrow the choice down which then made chosing a matress much easier. Also purchased mattress for my two children and again were very helpful on which is the most popular for children and suitable. I went the first time by myself to see what was avaliable then went back the next day with my children to see what they thought both times were helpful and good with the children to.

Had seen the product on line and was taken straight to it. Well informed and very pleasant adviser. Given 3 delivery options, good as the delivery date had to be at the end of next week.

We knew what we wanted when we entered the store, but were given plenty of time to try other options & confirm our decision

Staff were quick to attend to us. Asked questions on my needs to be able to show me products suited to my individual needs. Alison was able to show me different products when I asked for something similar but lower in price. Alison had great knowledge on all the products she showed me. Quick, friendly and efficient even offered toilet and juice for my little girl.
