Alison and Kerry worked together fabulously making sure that all the customers in the store where being looked after at the same time. Very professional very pleasant experience. Didnt much like Patrick the next day though and I have just spoken to customer services who couldnt help me!!!! So I telephoned Kerry and yes my problem is not a problem at all and she has sorted me out. Thanks Alison and Kerry well done!!!I am glad that I made my purchase with Alison over the telephone rather than with Patrick the next day.

Ross was well-informed and very helpful. The range of beds was good - albeit I ended up buying the first one shown!

We came into the store and was greeted straight away. We looked around ourselves firstly then an assistant came and asked if we needed any help again and I had a few questions to ask and all were answered and were very helpful. We left the store with a quote and came back the next day and decided to order the bed we had been looking at.

the sales assistant Ross was really friendly and was only too happy to help. He knew the products inside and out he was very patient and also helped to entertain our 3 year old son whilst we were making our purchase
