Alison was very knowledgable, understood our needs quickly and solved a problem we were having with choosing a headboard.

The sales assistant Alison was very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining the different beds in detail. She took time with me until I was sure of my decision, offering me a cup of tea and making me feel welcome. The delivery drivers called when they said they would and arrived bang on 10 am when they said, very pleased with them. Terry and Steve .

I walked in wanting a side sleeper memory foam pillow and I was given 3 options straight away the assistant asked what sort of bed I already had so I could lay on one to test the pillow it was easy to find the pillow I wanted

When my partner and myself entered the store the colleague was busy attending to another customer but acknowledged our presence. The colleague was making a sale but whenever possible she checked that we were ok and explained that she would not be long. We were offered a drink while we were waiting. Once the colleague was free she approached my partner and myself to attend to our needs. We explained what we wanted and time was taken to describe products and their qualities.

Amanda was really helpful and spent time with us in understanding what we were looking for and then providing us with some alternatives to test.

The lady that served us, I think her name was Laura, was excellent. I have bought a bed from her before and she is very welcoming and made the buying process as easy as possible. She offered us a drink and balloon's for the kids, so everyone was happy....I even didn't feel to bad about buying my child a mattress for £800!!

Me and my partner where shopping for our first bed and Alison from the braintree dreams store was very helpful, she helped us decide the right bed and mattress for us with pillows aswell! Along side with informing us of the types of mattress and what they are best suited for, as in the type of mattress and bed covers to use as I get very hot during the night. She was very polite and friendly the whole time, and was happy for us to return later in the day with our parents and then inform them with the same info she gave us.

We were served by Amanda, she was very knowledgable and gave us really good advice. We went in to buy a divan and mattress and wanted one to take away.. there was one being discontinued that we could take and after listening to Amanda we decided to take it! Went back in this morning to pick it up. Very happy, Amanda was excellent
