Very helpful and having the product in stock to take straight away and taken the the summer sale items first following social distance guidelines and offering bottled water was a nice touch.

We arrived at store and was greeted by the staff, said we’d like to look around and then might need some help. We looked around and chose a bed frame we liked and asked for assistance for a mattress. We enjoyed the mattress selector experience and then the member of staff took us round and assisted us in choosing a mattress we suited. Ordered the bed and mattress and delivery within a week. Overall a great experience. Great service from the staff and very happy. Thank you

Caroline was extremely helpful from the moment we walked in the store. She was able to direct us straight to the mattress we had been looking at online and able to suggest an alternative which ended up being the mattress we purchased as it much better fit our needs. Caroline left us alone for some time to consider the different options we had been looking at alone; it was nice not to feel time pressured into making a decision.

Your sales adviser Ann met me at the door and guided me through the whole process of choice, trying out the beds and advising as to the best product for me in a friendly professional and knowledgeable way. She was really helpful. I was expecting a hard sell and got common sense helpful advice which made me make the purchase at my own speed.

We were attended by Ann at the Freeport branch, she was very informative and allowed us to browse at our convenience and on hand when needed.
