Very friendly service from Kerry, left us wonder around first, then helped us find the right mattress, and it really felt like she listened to what we want and she had great product knowledge. Very patient and didn't push the sale during our first visit.

Two staff spoke to me. I arrived in the store with my family. I am disabled and can not use the stairs to view the upstairs showroom. The first member of your staff greeted us as we arrived in the door. My family went upstairs leaving me to look downstairs. I was approached and said I was looking for a single bed but couldn't get up the stairs. Oh was the reply. I walked to the front desk and Amanda smiled at me and asked if she could be of help. My family joined me and I bought with confidence from a very friendly and informative Amanda. The other member of staff made me feel fairly insignificant and if Amanda had not been so good we would have walked out of your store.

Alison, the assistant who helped me, was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions, she provided advise which helped in making my decision on what product to buy. I would definitely recommend this store to friends and relatives and look forward to receiving my new bed.

I was greeted by friendly staff on arrival and once I had a quick look around I was offered help with my purchase which was informative and friendly. I knew what I was looking for but the help given was appreciated as I then found my chosen bed immediately having had things better explained and suggested to me.
