The staff member (Amanda) gave us just the amount of help we needed we did not feel we were being pushed just advised which helped us make our final choice

Very helpful, friendly and efficient service. We felt as though Alison actually took the time to consider which product would best suit our needs, rather than trying to just make a sale. I was very impressed with Alison's knowledge of the products and she couldn't do enough to help. Dreams will come highly recommended by us!

The store assistant, Ross from Braintree Freeport, was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He executed the right balance of advice and allowing us time to make an informed choice. It was nearing closing time, and he, nor, his colleagues made us feel like we had to make a hurried decision. It was also clear that the other staff in the store cared about the products and the store, and we're working as a team. By my own admission, I'm not easy to please, and have high standards, and was very impressed with the service from start to finish. I'm looking forward to receiving my new bedstead and mattress. Amanda who assisted us had great knowledge and was very helpful. She provided our children with colouring a balloon drink and biscuit during our time in store which kept then entertained and allowed us some time to make a purchase in a more relaxed way. The range of products and mattresses was good and Amanda listened to us and managed to assist us in making our purchase and we feel we have made the right choice. Can't wait for delivery

tFriday 6th I telephoned the shop and this lady answered {Amanda} and was very freiendly and helpful so I said I would have a word with my husband that evening.We arrived at the shop about 10 and was greeted by 3 staff saying goodmornig, I asked which one was Amanda and she came forward she asked lots of questions and we did also but the funny thing was we went in for a mattress and came out with a lovely comfortable bed and two pillows. What a knowledgable lady she was. We are more than satisfied Thankyou Amanda

Alison was excellent, and helped with the choosing of mattress, the bed itself, and other items purchased. She was very knowledgeable, and friendly. Helpful with our requirements, and non-pushy. Would highly recommend her.
