The sales assistant was extremely helpful and friendly and was attentive without being overbearing.

You had an appropriate item we were looking for in stock, and discounted - pleasant surprise. Amanda, who served us, was very friendly + helpful. When we got home we realised we had bought the wrong size, but it was agreed we could exchange it. In the event we decided to keep it as the overlap of larger size will suit us.

the assistant was knowledgeable and helpful without trying to over sell. He suggested trying pillows to get the best experience from testing the various mattresses. He also asked if we required anything else but was not too pushy when we said we didn't, as if he had been we would have walked away.
