The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and their product knowledge was impressive. They asked the right questions to find the right product swiftly without fuss or nonsense. There was limited range for the very firm matress unfortunately because that is what I wanted but that said I liked the one I ordered despite it being a tad extravagant.

The sales assistant was helpful knowledgable and friendly, nothing was too much trouble

Originally went to store a week before and a very helpful member of staff called Amanda went out of her way to assist. She had good product knowledge and rang once we had left the store with further information about lead time etc. We then revisited the store and another staff member called Ross was also very good and showed us various mattresses etc and placed our order and his product and ordering process knowledge was also excellent.

Patrick the gentleman who assisted us was helpful and understanding, he made himself available to answer questions while allowing us the time and space to discuss the options. He and the rest of the staff at the store were friendly and helpful and made the visit and purchase a great experience.

Kerry the manager was excellent with her customer service and product knowledge.

Our visit was highly satisfying as your colleague Patrick was very courteous and couldn't have been more helpful. He was happy to answer all our questions and gave us his advise where needed. He even made us a hot drink while we tested the beds and looked around.

As a manager in retail I got customer service given to me today just as I would give it myself. 100% support in helping me find what I was looking for. the staff over at the Braintree store are friendly, helpful, and I couldn't of been more happier.

I explained my needs and the fact that I neede the bed quickly, the assistant knew immediately what was available to me and explained what each product was clearly and concisely!
