Amanda the member of staff was very helpful all the information we where given about the items we purchased gave us the confidence to purchase the items even though they were not on show in the showroom as if they are not suitable we will be able to return them. I had my two young children with me and was very pleased to discover there was a table for children to colour in at , so my children were happy while the paperwork was filled out

the sales assistant was very very helpful and we didn't feel pressured or forced into any sale he told us to take our time and we feel we made the right decision with his help, he also made us a lovely cup of tea.

ALL GOOD FROM START TO FINISH WITH THE SERVICE IN STORE RIGHT DOWN TO THE GUYS THAT DELIVERED WHO WERE ALSO VERY GOOD . IF THE MATTRESS IS AS GOOD AS THE SERVICE THEN WE WILL BE VERY SATISIFIED CUSTOMERS

We were welcomed into the store as soon as we arrived. We were shown what we were looking for quickly and the choice pointed out to us at once. Patrick, or salesman, made us a cup of coffee while we tried out the beds we were considering and he was able to answer all our questions with obvious confidence in his knowledge of the product. The payment and delivery dates were arranged with no problems whatever.

Amanda who helped me pick the right mattress was extremely helpful and pointed out to me where the 1st mattress did not quite match the position in which I laid and then showed me 2 more, the 2nd of which I purchased. She was very good with her knowledge of what I should look for. A cup of tea also made it more personal and pleasant. Well done.

The assistant was knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He explained the difference in various mattresses and was able to give us a sure and definite timeline for delivery. We were allowed to try-out various mattresses and shown various headboards.

Friendliness, welcoming, acknowledgeable of products

Service was attentive, sales assistants were knowledgeable about their products. They gave us plenty of time to examine the various mattresses and relax on the beds. Pillows were available to match our existing pillows so that we had a realistic experience of the mattresses. We were offered tea and coffee by very friendly and pleasant sales assistants. The order was completed quickly and efficiently with the least amount of personal information necessary.

All service from purchase to delivery really excellent

My rating was given as is because the service I received from Amanda -084, Braintree, was as I'd expect when making a big purchase of any kind. She was able to direct and assist me in finding the product I was looking for. Amanda was pleasant, was not pushy in order to get a sale and made me feel relaxed.
