I visited the store having researched available products on-line. Along with the printouts I had 6 or 7 questions. I only got to ask one – the rest your experienced staff pre-empted as they took me through the sales process.

The sales assistant was very informative, she allowed me thinking time and didn't pressure me, she was friendly and helpful.
