I found my experience very satisfying, and Amanda very helpful. She was there when we needed her, but left us alone to browse. She was very friendly, gave us refreshments and the service was excellent and friendly. I will shortly need a complete bed and mattress and will certainly return to dreams.

I went in there, with the intention of buying a pillow, like the one i had purchased a few years earlier, but this was unavailable now, but the assistant amanda came, and found one very similar for me.

I felt that the assistance I had to help me choose the correct bed for me was v good. This assistant was helpful but I did not feel I was being pushed into making a decision. A welcome attribute

The assistant was not pushy, understood my situation, and offered various options to help me make a sensible decision. All buying options were offered along with good sales bargains that were in store. All in all a good experience.

Validation Code 084. A lady called Kerry Nash, the Store Manager at Braintree, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what we wanted. We wanted to purchase an adjustable bed as both myself and my husband have medical problems and as we had never had one of these before we wanted to be sure we were making the right decision with our choice. She was extremely accommodating and patient while we asked our questions, and even assisted with purchasing the relevant bed linen and duvets to suit. We were so impressed with Kerry's professionalism we went back a week later to purchase a sofa bed which we had seen during our first visit.
