Ann and Caroline were fantastic from start to finish. Very attentive and not pushy for a sale. All three ladies in the store this day were extremely knowledgable. We were also very surprised at how soon our new mattress would be delivered. We paid more than what we would have liked to have paid but we were still very happy with our purchase.

The assistant was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole process was simple and dealt with quite quickly. Would definitely recommend Dreams.

After a complete disaster with one of your main competitors which left us with no mattress due to no fault of our own, we visited your store in Colchester where Ross was extremely helpful and advised us on our best options, unfortunately the Colchester store did not have any stock however Ross quickly phoned your Braintree Store and reserved us the mattress we wanted. On arriving at Braintree Ann was waiting for us and true to word our problems were quickly solved, how refreshing it was to meet two excellent assistants in Ross and Ann who listened to our issue understood what we needed and advised us on the solution, quickly working together between stores to help us solve our issue. My wife and I are extremely grateful to Dreams and your highly professional staff which was in such a contrast to the experience that we had with your competitor, needless to say for our future Bed and mattress requirements we will be coming to yourselves as we would never use your competitor who clearly cannot meet your high standards for us now there is only one place to go and will be saying the same to all of our family and contacts, Thankyou

My wife + I do not like being stalked while looking round, but Ann let us get on until we actually required her help. She was very knowledgeable and so helpful, it was a pleasure to be in Dreams. We went in, intending to just look around, but were so happy with the bed tester that Ann put us on, that we decided to buy one of the better mattresses. If the mattress is as good as Ann's service, we will be very happy.

We had an amazing experience at the Dreams store in Braintree Freeport. Myself and my boyfriend were made to feel really comfortable, and as first time buyers buying our first mattress we came away feeling extremely happy with the guidance we had, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience.

Very helpful and having the product in stock to take straight away and taken the the summer sale items first following social distance guidelines and offering bottled water was a nice touch.
