The sales lady was very professional and guided me to beds that she felt were what I wanted and offered other choices if something wasn't right. The whole order was very efficiently dealt with from start to finish.

The salesman, Ross, was knowledgeable of the characteristics of the products and was extremely helpful in encouraging us to try all types of mattress. He was helpful without being "pushy", clearly keen to ensure that what we bought was what suited us. He was also very helpful in encouraging us to take advantage of special deals available to us.

The help I received was excellent. The knowledge and consideration was faultless.

Quick and easy to purchase product with no high pressure of linked sales on other items, I was simply asked if there was anything else I needed. Will be happy to return at a later date to purchase bed linin and pillows.

We went in to store to investigate the possibility of a zip and link mattress. Amanda served us on this occasion and was extremely helpful. She gave us a Flaxby brochure and write down the price options on the suitable mattresses. As soon as we knew our house move was imminent, I returned to the store and again saw Amanda, who placed the order for us.

I have osteoarthritis and fibramyalgia and needed a pillow for comfort. The assistant was so helpful and informative that I bought a tempur cloud pillow on her recommendation and knowledge. I would definitely go back to buy with Dreams and am thinking of buying a new mattress very soon. The assistants said they would look forward to seeing me again and next time would make me a cup of tea - how nice to feel some welcome.
