Patrick was very helpful and informative, he talked me through all there was to know about the bed before I made the purchase he was incredibly helpful. All the staff were polite and attentive.

The salesman offered us a tea or coffee when we arrived, asked what we were looking for and in accordance with our answers then asked us how we slept in our bed and offered us a choice of pillows to try out when looking at their stock. I must say we have never been asked these questions before, although the relevance of this did make sense when we proceeded to try out 3 different types of mattress. We eventually made our decision, after trying all 3 at least a few times to make sure, nothing g was too much trouble, the benefits of all 3 were explained to us in detail. We were very pleased with our choice and the paperwork and explanation of the company's Terms & Conditions were made very clear, delivery in 6 days - even more impressed! Excellent salesman, polite and friendly! we would definitely recommend! 👍

The advisor (Ross, Braintree Freeport store) spent time identifying my specific needs and showed me a range of products that would suit me. He has very good product knowledge and wasn't too pushy. Nor did he try to push me in the direction of the most expensive items. He was very helpful and polite. It was a very good shopping experience.

The assistant was very friendly and helpful without being pushy. He had a good knowledge of the products and was happy to spend time with us.

The gentleman that served us took the time to find out what we were looking for, also very attentive to our needs! Couldn't have asked for a better salesman
