The person that assissted us during our visit, Amanda, was exceptionally helpful, as she was last time we went to the shop, took time to go through all the options and give as much advise as needed

Amanda was brilliant, knew the products inside out. Helped us to choose by showing us different set ups. Made us a cup of coffee and gave us time to talk. Excellent customer service, Amanda deserves an award

ross and kerry couldnt be more helpful they also gelp with my 3 young children while i was placing the my order never had such good customer service

Staff as always very friendly and appear very happy working together. Offered a welcome hot drink and cake and biscuits offered. It's really good to go into a store that keeps its staff.

Customer service was brilliant and they applied you too many beds so you get a feel and also offering pillows to get a true experience if what you have chosen is correct

During our visit we had a discussion with Patrick of the sales team, he listened to what was important and provided a number of suggestions. He was extremely helpful and assisted us with the purchase of our product. We felt like we had the time to consider and try the different products and did not feel rushed.
