Having explained what we needed and why, Kerry took us immediately to the area we needed to look. She was attentive and responsive to all our questions and comments.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful, however, as the store is not close to my home town, I may not use it again.

The unplanned need to change our existing Tempur mattress turned into a pleasant experience that we could afford and provided us with the replacement mattress we wanted. Thank you

Staff were very welcoming and the sales assistant directed us straight away to the product we were looking for and explained product and about the services provided. We were able to sit down and get on with buying what we wanted and got a suitable delivery date.

Very good help and advice from Patrick. He was not intrusive and didn't bother us until we were ready to ask some questions, but then he gave us his full attention and helped us find what we needed. He was very courteous and friendly and not at all pushy, just perfect.

The salesperson was very attentive but did not in any way persuade me to buy anything I didn't want nor, when trying out the beds did he comment on one being more comfortable than another. I was also offered tea or coffee.

Kerry in the Braintree store was very helpful and informative ,she also has a very happy manor about her.

Will was extremely knowledgable and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and we never felt rushed. We have no complaints whatsoever, we have nothing but praise for the staff and the store. We would have no hesitation in returning to the store and recommending Dreams to both family and friends. Well done Dreams and Will.
