Very nice sales assistant, very helpful and fully explained different beds.

Patrick was helpful and listened to my requirements, directing me to a good selection of products. The store was well set out with plenty of choice and polite, charming staff. Made it easier to make a decision compared with other stores I had visited.

We have bought beds before from dreams and their service and product we always find is very good.

We found the staff really friendly and helpful at Braintree brunch , and the bed is amazing

Me and my wife visited dreams in braintree essex on 2/5/2016 looking to purchase a new mattress we we're welcomed in buy a lovely lady call kerry Nash. She could not help us enough with questions we asked and made us feel very comfortable. And not to mention a couple of very refreshing drinks the hole experience was very satisfactory. As I am recuperating from an operation and couldn't get to the store I had to view online and order on the telephone. I am familiar with your Brai tree store as I have used you before and been highly satisfied. For this order I dealt with the manager of the store and also a fairly new recruit. I think he had been working for you for about six months. I found him to be very helpful and when he was unsure of the answer to one of my questions he sourced the answer very quickly and telephoned me back very promptly. Obviously he has received excellent induction training. I believe the managers name was Kelly or Kerry and her attention to customer service was excellent. As a Director of a hire company I appreciate how important a good quality service is in order to retain customers. I would not hesitate I returning to your store in the future. When I arrived at the store I was greeted by Amanda. She was serving another customer but told me she would be with me very soon. I told her what I was looking for and she was very knowledgeable, telling me my options very efficiently. I'm not a very patient person and don't have lots of time to spare, so Amanda's approach was perfect. While my order was being processed Amanda got me a coffee and biscuits!! She was very professional but very friendly too. I was delighted that I'd got the items that I wanted and I had not been in the store more than 45 minutes. I will hope that Amanda gets credit for this. I will admit to being a very impatient customer at best! But Amanda was spot on with her approach. I have a very busy Hair salon locally and will definitely recommend Amanda and your store to all my clients. Thank you very much. P.S. I don't do surveys normally as I don't have lots of time on my hands. However, I thought that I needed to tell you how pleased I am about my experience!!
