William, the gentleman who serves us, was great. He was so helpful and really informative.

The assistant was very helpful and explained all that I needed to know . I was impressed at the very quick delivery date that I got and am looking forward to sleeping on my new bed.

Amanda was very friendly and helpful, she gave us time to discuss our purchase in private and even got us a cool soft drink as it was rather warm in the store.

Excellent customer service all staff members were very helpful and couldnt do enough for you. We were offered coffee or cold drinks and thought the service was exceptional

Amanda at Freeport was so knowledgeable about all the different types there were and took time to ask us what where our needs. Buying a mattress does not only entail how much it costs but is it right for us and to this end we were very satisfied.

The lady that worked there was very friendly and apologetic for taking a long time to get to serving us, however we weren't bothered by the time as this gave us opportunity to really figure out what we wanted. The only reason she took her time was because she was on her own in the store and was dealing with another customer when we arrived. Even though we said we were happy to wait she still gave us our Bed Cover for free! We were really pleased with our purchase and she was great at assuring me that if we needed to change our delivery date (as we are in the process of moving house) we would be able to which put my mind at ease.

The assistance and information that I received on my visit made it an enjoyable experience and the particular member of staff that dealt with me actually kept the store open as I was a little late
