I was served by Kerry a very pleasant girl with a terrific knowledge of the products she sells She gave me plenty of time and her advice was invaluable. She had patience with me and encouraged me to consider my options very carefully before purchasing In my opinion she is a brilliant sales person who made me feel welcome and comfortable in the shop I only went in to purchase one fitted sheet for a double bed in the end I bought two sheets. I asked for advice on buying pillows, the high quality of advice I received encouraged me to buy a tempur pillow. I will definitely Return to that shop and will recommend it to my friends. Will couldn't have been more helpful, got my son (7) to test lot's of matresses and made him feel important, spoke to me about requirements etc. Superb manner's and customer service, really lovely young man, he advised against certain matresses for him and got him to try suitable ones. Unfortunately I bought the same matress as he already had - I thought I had bought a thicker memory foam matress, so I rung Kerry at the store today, very helpful and lovely, as she was yesterday. She put me onto customer services and I spoke to Callum who was also wonderful and in no time at all I have a new matress (sprung) being delivered next week and a refund already organised. Can not remember having such consistant great customer services anywhere else. For as ling as I can remember we have used Dreams and will continue to recommend your hood name .

Went to dreams to replace a tempur mattress that we had had now for a good few years and didn't really like anymore. The night before we had commented that wouldn't it be nice if we could find a mattress that was soft one side and hard the other side as my husband and I have different ideas on sleeping comfortably. Guess what dreams actually sell this type of mattress!! what a result for us. Oh and it was so comfy for both of us. Job done and sorted with minimum effort on our behalf and a very helpful and competent salesman called Patrick. So pleased we chose to shop with you and buy this lovely mattress.
