I am disabled & in a wheelchair, your staff member, Amanda, was so very helpful the whole time in store. She spent so much time with me, going into very good detail about each bed I tried. She assisted me with each bed I tried, she understood my health problems & the need for a very good mattress. I was in the store over an hour & a half, throughout this time she even dealt with other customers that came in store. At no time did I feel left to one side, she gave me time to think about what I wanted to purchase, she is I am sure a very valued member of your staff & it showed, big thank to her & hope her bosses give her a well deserved pat on the back. Staff like Amanda fly the flag for any store, Dreams need to value good staff & I will be back, all due to her.

You can't buy a mattress off the internet without trying it out., so this is good, right on my door step. considering a shop, price not bad. salesman was knowledgeable. quick, easy, painless!

Assistant very helpful and ordering process went smoothly

Staff service was excellent, they listened to our needs, provided choices and were very patient as we tried beds, mattresses and pillows. I was very pleased that I visited the store and as a result purchased the products.

Was greeted as soon as we entered the store by the store manager. She couldn't be more helpful and informative. Helped me with everything I needed and informed me of all the possible options.

Will was very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy in his sales technique. Will definitely be recommending to friends and family

The staff were extremely friendly and their knowledge of the products was great. I was made to feel very welcome and offered a cold drink as the store was particularly hot on the day I visited. The sales assistant who assisted my fiancée and I were very helpful and was more than happy to arrange the delivery of our product on the day we chose.

Was helped by Patrick to understand what mattress was the best suited to my wife and I. He took the time to show us many mattress and asked us to think from one to the other how they felt for us. Once we decided on one we went back to double check the suitability. We are very happy with the help and support from Patrick. Thank you
