The service received was highly professional and welcoming from the start. I was allowed time to test out the mattress and didn't feel pressured at any point to make a decision or even purchase.

We were served by Amanda, who while not being intrusive, was extremely helpful and provided detailed technical knowledge and advice about purchasing a bed.

The store was clean and tidy and the prices displayed easy to read. The assistant, Kerry, was very professional and helpful. She made me feel like a valuable customer by listening to my needs as I have had back surgery.. She gave me plenty of time to make my decision and gave me in depth information on the 2 different beds that I was deliberating over. She explained the 40day comfort exchange but was quietly confident that I wouldn't need it! I have a feeling she will be Right! Looking forward to the bed arriving.
