Dreams - Braintree

From the moment we walked in through the door we were immediately greeted by a Dreams colleague called Ann who was friendly and reassuring of social distancing and hygiene standards. We chose to go on the bed that analysed your specific needs for comfort etc and we’re talked through the process by Ann who was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. After this Ann showed us the full range of mattresses that had been selected for us giving us time at each one and taking us back to ones we liked after finding another we liked enabling us to see which we really liked better.!At no point did we feel rushed or pressured to buy a certain mattress Ann even gave us a bottle of water each and left us to have a lie down and chat on our favourite mattress. Once we were ready to buy Ann talked us through all the options available and we took out Bed cover and chose to have Dreams collect and recycle our old mattress. All in all it was a very pleasant experience in a store that felt safe with knowledgeable friendly staff and we would certainly recommend Dreams and return again ourselves in the future.

The Salesman was knowledgeable. Tested our requirements on the test bed. The took us to the 5 options. There was no rush or pressure. Once decided he then went through whether we needed pillows which we able to test again in no our own time. We were offered water. When placing the order he was thorough and rechecked everything. Very good experience and would come back

The lady we saw, Kerry, was great at her job. She explained everything, was very knowledgeable. She is a real asset to your company

The gentleman who served us, was very helpful & knowledgeable. The process from start to finish was fairly painless and have already recommended Dreams to a friend (who has also now placed an order with you!)

We walked in to the store and initially we were given time to browse freely and then were approached at the right time. The lady that helped us was very pleasant and informative of which product we were after and wasn't pushy. Overall very satisfied with our purchase and can't wait to get our new mattress.

I was served by Kerry - she was very friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to what type of mattress I thought I needed but pointed out the results of Sleep Match and I took her advice. I was very happy with delivery date - it fits in with my timescale for decorating my bedroom. It was a very enjoyable experience - made all the better by Kerry. Thank you.

The assistant was extremely helpful but let me make my own choice.

StAff were friendly from the time we entered the store were also very knowledgeable on the products on offer. The mattress tester machine was amazing!
