Dreams - Braintree

Kerry the sales manager (Braintree) was extremely helpful and knowledgable about the mattresses I was trying and gave me plenty of time to decide what I felt was comfortable for me. She explained.the discounts that were on offer and did rush or shadow me when looking for beds, however was on hand if I required assistance.

The assistant William was friendly and very helpful in checking to see which exact kind of pillow I had chosen on my last visit. He was a very pleasant person and made the shopping experience a pleasure

The sales assistant Ross was very friendly and helpful but not too pushy, he had a good knowledge of the products and was able to guide us in purchasing the bed we wanted. Thank you.

Option to rest as long as we liked. Offer of glass or water on the hot day it was. Help with choosing the right mattress. Quote was not pushy. Came back again to order and again good experience (by the same member of staff) and other around . Thanks

The young assistant was extremely helpful and professional in his outlook. he encouraged me to think about the mattress on my bed.....I am doing this and will be returning to the store again (next week probably)

We have purchased a Dreams bed and mattress before and were very satisfied with our service ( same Lady ) and the bed, so naturally came back when we needed a new one.

We came to buy a new mattress and were shown a range of products in ascending price order,this was good as we did not have a budget ..(well max £1000, it has been 20 years since we last bought a mattress!). The salesman was very good in describing the design differences between the products. We settled for the Rapport Acti D Mattress.Which we felt would suit our needs.

Have had a bed from you before was very satisfied so came back .
