Sales lady Amanda was extremely helpful and answered all questions and concerns in a very professional manner.

Very helpful and informative sales assistant (William) Spent lots of time helping me but not pushy. Seemed to be very well informed on the goods on offer and understood my particular needs. Not yet taken delivery of bed but hopeful it will be a good choice and like the 40 night option if I need to change it.

I explained what I wanted and the assistant was able to show me every mattress in the store that matched my requirements. He helped me narrow down from there, pointing out the merits of each product, allowing me to make the right choice.

The sales assistant was very helpful, friendly and patient. Can't comment on product as not received yet.

Patrick the sales representative quickly recognised that my husband and I would require assistance but he wasn't too pushy, he knew when to stand back and when to make suggestions making the overall experience very painless. My husband had already decided that Dreams was our starting point on looking for mattresses but really felt it wasn't necessary to look any further, our needs could easily be met at dreams without a pushy salesman and without blinding us with science that would require us to do more research. The other selling point was that the old mattresses would be taken away at a cost of £39.00 - bargain!!!

First time used dreams store and the service we received was second to none. Staff explained everything and took the time to ensure we were 100% happy with what was available for my wife's condition. Nothing to much trouble, cannot believe the level of service we received and no hard selling. Delivery slot also to suit our needs. Well done Dreams.

It was very urgent we needed a matteress as our new puppy urinated on ours. Me my wife and 2 young children we to dreams braintree. We were greeted by Ross and another lady sorry didn't get her name. The lady kept our children 6 and 3 busy while Ross helped us and did a great job finding us the right matteress. Great customer service thank you.
