Always used dreams for beds/mattress & always satisfied with items the only unfortunate thing was getting the finance but dreams had another back up plan by using an alternative finance company so was pleased with Creation who accepted me. Everything was explained well by Ross & done his job well & was very customer focused

Dreams colleague Amanda was friendly helpful and professional. She took great care to ensure we selected the right mattress for us and was happy to let us take our time making a decision. She was able to speak first hand about the manufacturer of the mattress we chose, having previously visited their factory.

When I entered the store I had a quick look around but soon noticed that I had too much choice and I needed assistance. Will from Braintree Dreams store was there to help. With his knowledge of different mattresses and what they are recommended for he really helped with making my choice for a bed and new mattress

The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. This allowed me and my girlfriend to pick a bed that was right for us. He ordering process and paper work was also shorter than I expected.
