I have shopped with Dreams for the last 10 years and have never been dis-satisfied with products or staff. When I moved to Shalford, and found there was a Dreams at Freeport, I was delighted, knowing I would need a new bed to grace my loft extension with a Juliette balcony to lie in bed and look out at the wonderful view I will have!

Ross who helped me in the Braintree Freeport shop was very helpful and so was his colleagues. They helped me find the bed I wanted and mattress at the price needed.

Kerry the manager was exceptional she knew exactly what we wanted just by listening to us and asking questions she did not waste our time with items that were no good, she even meade me a cup of tea. Her knowledge of the items and peoples sleeping habits was excellant. She really made us welcome and at ease.
