Dreams - Braintree

I started looking online but wasn't sure about delivery dates as I needed the mattress by a certain date. I phoned the store and Amanda was extremely helpful. She gave me full information about the system used to contact me and so I was confident placing my order.

the assistant - Kerry was brilliant - made us feel realy at ease with our purchase and explained different types of bed /mattresses - really great service!

Validation Code 084 - Colleague's Name Patrick. He was very helpful and attentive without being pushy - gave us the time we needed but was their to help and advise.

We were greeted as soon as we enter the store and approach by a colleague in just the right amount of time, not jumped on as soon as we entered. The colleague was very helpful in showing us a few mattresses that we were inquiring about. He offered us tea and coffee which my husband accepted. We decided on a mattress and were led to the desk to actually place our order. The colleague was extremely pleasant and polite and conducted himself in a very good manner. We decided to go to Dreams as 9 years ago we bought out last mattress and thought at the time what good service we received and that is why you had another sale from us.

I needed a mattress and a good nights sleep and I think Dreams have sorted this out Ross the man that helped me was very good and I'm looking forward for the 18 oct when I get my order thank you Dreams and ROSS xx

Able to try the mattress for ten minutes to make sure we were satisied with it. There was no pressure put on us whatsoever to make a purchase. All the mattress were all explained to us inasmuch the number of springs in the mattress and explained the different coverings on each mattress and how often the mattress should be turned over and how often the mattress should be turned 90 degrees

Very friendly and helpful staff without being pressured into a purchase.

We purchased our bed in the Braintree store were Kerry the store manager was there to assist us with the sale she offered drinks on arrival and biscuits and the colouring table to my young daughter then also spent all her time with us helping us find the right mattered as my partner suffers from a bad back our overall experience as a first time customer hasn't been then best but we are more then happy with the help that the team have put in to put these teething problems right our bed has arrived and looks outstanding in the room although we are currently awaing a new head board as ours had a few grease marks on which were very noticeable even the lads that delivered our bed had a great customer manor

From the moment we walked into Dreams at Braintree we were made to feel very much at home. Thank you for the tea and shortbread! Kerry had the patience of jobe and time taken was of no consequence.We were asked to take our time(atleast 5 minutes) on three different mattresses that Kerry thought we were looking for. Very unusual to find such customer service and awareness in Braintree.Thank you Kerry.

My partner Georgie and I were served by AMANDA in the store in Freeport, Braintree. We popped in looking to purchase a mattress and didn't have a clue about which one we wanted to buy. Amanda asked us a few questions about what type of mattress we would prefer I.e medium or firm and which size did we want, she then gave us a few very helpful tips and her product knowledge was first class. Amanda then suggested that we try out 3 or 4 mattresses . The mattress we ended up buying is perfectly suited to both of us, it wasn't the cheapest but it felt just right. We are both really looking forward to receiving it next Monday. Georgie and myself would like to say a big thanks to Amanda and her colleague as they both kindly stayed on later than 6pm so that we could decide which mattress to purchase.
