Amanda and Kerry made us very welcome as soon as we came trough the door, after a short time of looking round Kerry approached us and ask if we needed any help /information,which we did need, we told Kerry what we would like and she guided us to the beds which could suit us. The information we got from Amanda and Kerry was good and at no time did we feel that we were being pushed into something we did not require. The paper work was a smooth process and the two cups of coffee each over the hole of the period were there was a nice touch

Ross was very helpful and knowlegable

The assistant I spoke to, Ross, was very knowledgeable and spent considerable time with my 9 year old daughter ensuring she chose the correct mattress. He was driven by the need to find the right mattress, not the need to sell the most expensive product. I am confident my daughter has chosen a comfortable mattress that will provide the correct amount of support

We had a young man called Will help us through the whole process. He was very friendly and professional. We had looked in several shops for the beds we wanted but bought here because of the customer services, products and prices.

your staff fantastic, very helpful manager showed our son mattress and knew which one he would like, and he did like it, not just trying to rip you off just being helpful, a great store to come into, this store is just about being helpful and knowledgeable great service, well done

Our assistant Ross couldn't have been more helpful and took lots of time explaining all the options available.

We were served by Kerry at your Braintree store, she took the time to understand our needs. She was very knowledgeable and very patient with us keeping trying the beds to see which one suited our needs and we didn't feel pressured to buy. The little touches of offering us tea and biscuits while she sorted out our order was a really nice touch. Made sure we understood we could change our mattress if we found it wasn't right and we were not getting a good night sleep or it wasn't helping my husband back problem which is the main reason we were looking at purchasing a new mattress.

This was our second visit at which time we placed our order. The first was to view available products. We were provided with good advice and assistance during this visit which resulted in our return.
