The staff were excellent, no pressure selling... very keen to listen to our requirements and make suggestions based on hat we shared. Your employee Will was very knowledgeable of all your products and also a pleasure to chat to. Other staff were also very accommodating by making me a cup of coffee and making me feel at ease. Really impressed overall.

the information i/we where given was very clear and direct the knowledge of the sales assistant was extremely good, when they wasn't fully 100% on the answer to my question another member of the team was close by to confirm the information i wanted which clarified the original answer. we was made comfortable while making the purchase.

The salesman attended to us from first entering the store. Explained the shops layout, made careful enquiries about what we were interested in and there was no hard sell throughout. He answered all of our questions with plenty of information and was very professional.

The assistant allowed me to look around the store for myself before I then asked for her assistance and advice. She was knowledgable and helpful.

Not pushy but asked if we needed help. then showed us all the type of beds we asked about. Made us a cup of tea while we completed paperwork

Kerry was very helpful with my needs,l have a back problem and she can't be more helpful and understanding.l tried a lot of the beds to find one that was comfortable the time Kerry took to make sure that I was comfortable was really good.l would recommend her very highly.

We visited Dreams to buy a headboard but, whilst looking around, decided to buy a base as well. Patrick was available and vey helpful but allowed us space to make up our minds.
