Staff friendly and professional in their service

All of the staff were helpful and gave lots of useful information and advice, but were not overly pushy or intrusive. I had two small children with me and every effort was made to ensure they were not bored by offering them refreshments and colouring activities, which I thought was a really nice touch. Overall I was really happy with the experience and have already recommended Dreams to a family member who is considering a bed purchase
