Very smooth transaction from browsing to ordering. Helpful informative staff

Amanda couldn't do enough for us. She had given me all of the information the previous day so when I came back the following day to show my husband she explained everything to him clearly. She was welcoming and friendly and very honest when we were trying to choose the best mattress.

The sales assistant was 'quietly confident' in responding to our questions and explaining what we needed to know about the product, e.g. how it equated to the one that we actually wanted to see but which the branch did not stock. We felt that the benefits of Bedcover etc. were clearly explained.

The shop assistant Ross was extremely helpful and did not put pressure on us to buy a mattress. He had a vast knowledge of the products dreams sold and I felt confident we were making the best decision for purchasing a new mattress.

Staff were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful when we needed and very polite saying hello as we walked in. It was nice to be given the opportunity to look around by ourselves rather than being hassled about buying straight away. If it wasn't for the helpfulness of the staff we wouldn't have purchased that day. We only wanted to purchase if we found the right bed and the staff were able to show us all that was on offer to help us find what we wanted easily. Thank you!

As soon as we arrived in the store Patrick offered assistance. At that time he also gave us some information on the colour coded pillows on each of the beds and what they mean. A short while later he came and found us and gve us more assistance with our purchase.

Staff friendly - no pressure selling was nice. Gave us advice when needed and explained very well.
