The team at Braintree where fantastic. We had a great experience and bed back in 2013 so it was obvious for us to return and we had an even better experience this time round. Ann in particular was amazing, she knew her stuff and ultimately wanted us to be happy. She went above and beyond to recommend mattresses, bed frames and headboards! Thank you also to Kerry for helping on Saturday with the final bits and bobs. A final comment..... bring on the water!

My assistant Ann was extremely knowledgeable very helpful and made sure I was given water when I was in store. I also had to call the store and her manager was also very helpful and made arrangements for Ann to call me back when she was free.

I think the lady who helped us was called Ann. She was absolutely excellent. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Helped us understand the correct product for us and answered any questions that we had. Top level customer service

James and the other support staff were helpful and practical with room layouts and access to storage under the bed
