It was easy to try various mattresses and staff were on hand to explain the differences to allow us to make an informed choice

We were greeted in a friendly manner but didn't feel like we were "jumped upon" as soon we entered the shop. The beds were set out in an easy to understand way. The sales man was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy or too insistent. A really good experience.

Greeted on arrival by Will. He answered all my questions. He was very helpful and honest. He took time to help me decide. I am disabled and found his help and advice very refreshing in this day and age.
