We compared products and service with other rival companies and there was no comparison when it came to the service at dreams. We visited the Braintree branch three times before we decided and the service was 10 out of 10 each time. The fact that you offer a 40 day trial and also a nice cup of tea and biscuits did help. Thank you to Kerry although everyone was excellent.

Help was readily available to help me choose the mattress best for me. But not pushy was given time on my own to retry the mattresses I had preferred and then more information given in a freindly knowledgeable way. Tea or coffee offered while I deliberated over my choices.

nobody pestered me but were on hand as soon as needed. staff were very friendly as well as knowledgeable about products, helpful but not pushy. plenty of product choice.

Viewed an item online, within an hour we were in store viewing the same product already set up and ready to test. (Not everywhere has online items set up in store) the whole process was quick and efficient. We left the store happy with our new purchase and look forward to its arrival.

I was given time and space to evaluate and select the item I was looking for and then the sales assistant made sure I was satisfied with what I had chosen to meet my needs.

needed reassurance that the decisions we were making regarding the new bed were valid and the staff were excellent in providing the answers and having patience whilst we came to our decision.
