Amanda, who looked after us, was so helpful and knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to decide on which bed was suitable for us.

Having described our current sleeping and storage of bedding problems, Patrick gave us good guidance as to what we probably needed and demonstrated various alternative solutions for our consideration. The offer of disposing of our old mattress was most useful as was that to assemble the ottoman base although this we shall need to do ourselves when rearranging our bedroom.

My husband and I went into dreams at Freeport on Monday JUST TO LOOK, and came out having ordered a bed and a headboard. We had previously been to another store and had seen a bed we liked, which included draws in the bed, in the price advertised. I mentioned this to the colleague who immediately spoke to the manager who offered to price match. Amanda was helpful and friendly, offering hot drinks, which I enjoyed whilst my husband went home to get bank details. The financial paperwork was completed quickly and I am now eagerly awaiting the delivery of our new bed, and comfortable restful nights sleep in the future. Thanks to Amanda and Dreams for making spendng £1000.00 as painless as possible.

The 2 lady's I spoke to were both very helpful, new exactly what i was looking for and didn't try and sell me something I did want.

The man serving us had immense product knowledge and listened to our needs/budget before advising us. We therefore feel that we have made a perfect purchase. Only wish it was arriving slightly earlier
