We were attended to very quickly. We chose the mattress we wanted after we had been asked the relevant questions by the member of the sales staff. The order was placed quickly. The delivery date was selected. I was called and emailed with a delivery slot and also called 15 mins before delivery to enable me to pop home from work. No problems and everything worked out really well ..... like a dream :-)

Will made it a nice easy experience; he was very helpful and informative about certain items and came across as good humoured throughout the process. Thanks Will!

Greeted as soon as we walked into the store and fantastic courtesy and service throughout the time it took to choose our mattress. We intended to only buy one king size mattress, but we were so happy with the service, from Amanda in your Braintree store, and the 40 day trial period, that we ordered our son a new mattress too as he was not able to go to store to try them out.

We were served by Amanda in the Braintree store. She (and her male colleague - sorry don't know his name) were extremely helpful and friendly. I had telephoned the store earlier in the day explaining to Amanda my requirements (and that there seemed to be technical difficulties with your website - something you need to address) and she remembered me from that phone call when I went into store later that afternoon and remembered exactly what I wanted

We were kindly asked by Amanda, at your Braintree store, if we needed any help or guidance soon after looking at a few of your beds. She was extremely helpful and friendly, and after she had shown us the choices of mattress we were looking for, Amanda left us to browse and talk things over. Once we had made our decision, she was back by our side for talking through the process of purchase, delivery and details of the insurance we wanted. At the payment desk downstairs, we were offered drinks and comfy chairs while the details and payment was put through. This was very quick and efficient with an added bonus for us as a military discount (thank you!) and the removal of old bed plus the construction of the new! All this great service was made perfect by the fact Amanda and her colleagues didn't mind and helped entertain our 3 loud children (and stopped the smallest running out of the store). Thank you, and we cannot wait to have our beds delivered this week!

We were only visiting to have a look to get some sort of idea. Ross came over and asked us if we needed any help, and he took us through the whole process. He was very patient and not at all pushy, the whole experience was very relaxed.. We were shown quite a few mattresses, and then started to eliminate, but we were able to lay on all the mattresses to get the right feel and be confident in choosing the right one.

Both Amanda and Kerry who assisted us at the Braintree Freeport store could not have been more helpful with us choosing the right bed and mattress! They weren't pushing for the most expensive mattress and made it clear it's my choice and what I feel most comfortable sleeping on at the end of the day! No complaints at all.
